Massage Guns… are they really that good?

Massage guns, or vibration therapy guns, are all the rage at the moment and I reckon they’ve even popped up in a few stockings this Christmas!

These guns can be fabulous for certain conditions but they can unfortunately be equally un-fabulous for other conditions. I’ve seen both sides first hand in the clinic!
