Just taking the chance to introduce myself (virtually!) – I’m Roisin and I’m a functional soft tissue Occupational Therapist.
I graduated from Curtin University with a Bachelors degree in Occupational Therapy. Occupational Therapy is a full-time, four year degree encompassing anatomy physiology, rehabilitation and performance principles.

Over the past 15 years, I’ve worked in functional soft tissue occupational therapy. I work with clients from various backgrounds, from the corporate sector to families and elite athletes. I’ve also been lucky enough to work with many professional athletes, dancers, boxers, cricketers

I grew up as a competitive dancer and have been involved in fitness for many years. I now enjoy staying active with swimming, yoga, pilates and a bit of weightlifting training. I’m also a a mum of a 9 year old boy which also keeps me pretty active!
I love sharing my knowledge of OT to help people reach and maintain their optimal health, whatever that may look like for them. I honestly believe there’s nothing more rewarding than getting someone pain-free, moving properly and changing their life for the better. It’s what makes me so passionate about being an OT and working with so many different people.
As always, if there’s something specific you’d like to chat about, feel free to get in touch with me directly or you can book your appointment online here.
